ELECTRICAL FITTER

About the role:

  • Assembly of our own distribution assemblies c/w wiring, control, metering.

  • Assembly of main switchboards and larger power distribution assemblies over 5000A c/w air circuit breakers, moulded case circuit breakers, busbar and metering.

  • Being responsible for meeting key deadlines and customers critial demands.

Requirements:

  • In order to be suitable you must have a good understanding of switchboard manufacturing, AS3000 requirements, NSW Service Rules.

  • The applicant must have their own tools although machinery and power tools are provided.

  • Own transport is required.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with a team.

  • 2 years switchboard experience or control wiring experience is required.

Work Hours:

  • Normal hours are 6am to 4pm Monday to Thursday.

  • Friday and Saturday are overtime when required.

TRADES ASSISTANT

About the role:

  • General factory hand and trades assistant for electrical assembly work.

  • Assembling power distribution switchboards and control assemblies.

  • Some cleaning and sweeping up etc. as normal in workshop operation.

  • Casual employment to begin with moving to full time permanent as the job evolves.

  • Tools provided, safety boots/shoes required.

Requirements:

  • A good capability with general assembly and mechanical process is required along with familiarity with general power tools, drills, jigsaws etc.

  • Some moderate lifting required.

  • Own transport is required.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with a team.

Work Hours:

  • Normal hours are 6am to 4pm Monday to Thursday.

  • Friday and Saturday are overtime when required.
